Martin,

You have a vote for the Rally II's. I'm not a big fan of Honeycombs. I think it is the worst rim Pontiac produced. It is also the heaviest rim Pontiac ever made. Your T/A looks terrific just the way it is. Has it been delivered yet?

Martin,

I hope it's being deliveried on a trailer that is enclosed. Are you going to take it on the road with all the salt and sand on the roads? I hope not.

Can't wait to see it. Where did you find the advertisement for it?

I like the look of the honeycomb wheels ... they look good on Rick's car. But they also are hard to maintain and to restore.

However if the 1973 Trans Am came with Rallye II wheels from the factory on the PHS build sheet, I would keep those wheels.

They are lighter weight and look classic Pontiac.

Or you can buy a set of each... just like Rick and use both sets...

That's a no brainer. You can't go wrong with either wheel. If you buy the honeycombs make sure you get the 15" for Firebirds. The late GTO's and Grand Am's had 14" wheels. They don't look right on a Trans Am.
