Question, How much would you pay for a 1979 SE (restored) a 403 Olds not WS6 with miles in the 70's Engine re-built with about 4000 miles on it i'm looking at one with a price of 25,000 Too Much?

At $25 grand I don't think you will be able to flip it Martin. At that kind of price I would be looking for lots of doc, build sheet, service records, etc and a car that is in mint condition. I would expect it to have some prominence as well, perhaps some show trophies from the well respected shows. They made 9873 SEs with T-Tops and a 403 in '79 so it's not particularly rare. I would also expect it to be loaded but lack of the WS6 indicates maybe not.

If you are going to keep it though, the the value is strictly how much you set for it. I would try to get them down to $18k.
